The Salvation Army, Syracuse Area Services is hiring Case Managers for its HALE Program, which has expanded due to an emergency need in housing assistance. The HALE Program assists homeless adults and families residing in shelters who have some income, work history, or work skills. It provides independent living skills training, housing location assistance, linkage to mainstream resources, and financial housing assistance for up to 24 months to help participants transition from homelessness to independent living. The Case Manager roles are full-time, hourly, and eligible for overtime wages.
