This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple cases and competing priorities. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate case files, monitoring case progress, and ensuring that important case-related tasks and deadlines are addressed in a timely manner. The Case Manager works closely with attorneys and other members of the firm to ensure clients receive exceptional service and that cases are properly prepared for resolution.
