About The Position

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Case Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals navigating behavioral health and housing challenges. In this role, you'll work directly with our adult clients to develop treatment plans, to enhance their skills and support their ability of independence, and to live with as much autonomy as possible in the community. You will encourage self determination by assisting clients to recognize their own strengths. You will help support and facilitate the psychosocial development of clients including social, intellectual and behavior skill building. Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Case Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • One year of experience providing direct service in the field of human services.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to clear JAMHI auto insurance screening.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with current state regulation requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing direct services with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
