About The Position
A growing Personal Injury Law firm in Glendale, Ca is looking for Case Managers! We offer a fun atmosphere with young, energetic, and very motivated staff members. This role is ideal for someone who can handle complex cases and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to handle surgical cases, high dollar value cases, and wrongful death cases
- Must be detailed and organized
- Ability to review and understand medical records
- Great customer service skills, friendly on the phone and in person
- Have at least 2-5 years experience
- Ability to manage high volume and attentive to files
- 2-3 years of personal injury experience (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a PLUS
