This position is for a full-time Case Manager (RN/LIC) who will coordinate with other departments to provide the maximum level of services. The role requires the ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety-related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served in the assigned service area. These skills and knowledge can be gained through education, training, and/or experience.
