Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. We foster healing and growth through empowerment, respect, safety, and teamwork. Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential program for DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8-18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. With a trauma-informed, outcomes-driven approach, we help youth heal from abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills they need to thrive. About the Role As a Residential Case Manager, you ' ll work closely with young people, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to help youth build resilience, develop healthy relationships, and work toward reunification or safe placement. You ' ll be a key part of the healing process, coordinating services and advocating for each youth ' s well-being and success.
