The vision for the Case Manager position is to empower City Studios residents to achieve long-term housing stability, independence, and personal growth through trauma-informed, strengths-based, and compassionate support. The Case Manager provides services and works directly with individuals, youth and families to promote housing stability, increase self-sufficiency, and support overall well-being. Through engagement, effective resource coordination, and strong collaboration with property management, community partners, and service providers, this role helps cultivate a stable, inclusive, and hopeful environment where residents can access the tools they need to maintain housing and build sustainable futures.
