About The Position

The Connection is opening a NEW Residential Program, Women's Bridge, which will support women with mental health needs who are transitioning to the community after a period of incarceration. This 8-bed residential work release program uses a gender-responsive and trauma-informed approach, providing individualized support focused on recovery, employment, life skills development, and successful community reintegration. The program aims to help residents build the skills, stability, and supports needed to achieve greater independence, reduce recidivism, and lead productive, healthy lives. The Case Manager/Job Developer will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
• Experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved.
• Ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries.
