Case Manager/Job Developer - Women's Bridge (Groton)
About The Position
The Connection is opening a NEW Residential Program that will support women with mental health needs who are transitioning to the community after a period of incarceration. Position Summary: The Case Manager/Job Developer will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
