About The Position

The Case Manager - Intensive Foster Care will handle intake and implement needed assessments to develop the Treatment Plan and the Family Support Plan. This role involves working closely with all team members to coordinate needed services and serving as the main contact with the DCS FCM, attending CFTM meetings as needed. The position also requires close collaboration with foster parents to provide support, coordinate trainings and support groups, assist with finding respite and extra-curricular activities for the children, assist with behavior management, and provide skill-building assistance for foster parents and children.

Requirements

Bachelor’s from an accredited four-year college. If BSW, then LBSW is needed.
Five (5) years of supervised, paid casework experience.
Two (2) years of which should have been in an approved child placing agency.
One (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised casework in the field, may be substituted for the required five (5) years of supervised, paid casework experience
Casework and LCPA experience.
