The Case Manager II for the Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) reports directly to the SSVF Coordinator and is responsible for the coordination and comprehensive services delivered to veterans and their families by The Salvation Army Veteran Services. This position has access to confidential and private information. This position is subject to grant funding; however, if the funding ends, the position may be eliminated. It is essential that confidentiality and privacy be observed.
