About The Position

The Case Manager I works as part of a collaborative team to help create a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered environment for guests in a residential recovery program. This role is part of a 24-hour care team that provides advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, referrals, and case management services to guests engaged in addiction recovery. Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday 2:00PM - 10:30PM Target starting pay: $25.39/hour How you will serve Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests. Manage an assigned caseload of guests participating in the addiction recovery program meeting with guests weekly to provide ongoing case management support. Provide crisis intervention, chemical dependency support, and referrals to external services as needed. Maintain thorough, organized, and confidential updates case notes using the Client Tracker system (CT11) and other electronic and paper files as needed. Administers supervised urine screenings in accordance with program policy. Conduct regular welfare checks in guest living areas and restrooms. Help coordinate and facilitate Bible studies, support groups, classes, and addiction recovery curriculum. Foster a positive, professional, and Christ-honoring atmosphere throughout the facility. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and healing facility environment. Participate in organizational meetings, training, and initiatives as required. Perform other duties assigned to support the Mission’s success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. A combination of education and at least two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of one year of case management experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience in a social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting preferred.
