About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Security Disability Case Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process, gathering necessary documentation, advocating on behalf of clients, and ensuring that all claims are processed accurately.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment.
  • Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Social Security administration officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • High call volume
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and claim status updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to social security policies and procedures.
