About The Position

Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital, a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility in Englewood, Colorado, is seeking a part-time Case Manager Assistant for 20 hours per week. The hospital serves patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical needs, using an interdisciplinary care model focused on individualized recovery goals and transitions home. The Case Manager Assistant provides clerical support and assistance with admissions and discharges in the Case Management department. The role integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice. The estimated wage range is $21.50 to $25.69 per hour; compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.

Requirements

At least one year of clerical or administrative assistant experience.
High school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Nice To Haves

Hospital experience preferred.
