About The Position

Idea Recruitment is assisting our client with their search for a Case Manager Assistant. Schedule / Pay Info: Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8 Hours per day Location: MUST RESIDE in one of the following FLORIDA counties: Clay, Duval, Nassau, St. Johns FULLY REMOTE Starting Pay: $19 - $21 per hour

Requirements

  • Applicants must have High speed internet access, microphone, camera, and cell phone.
  • 2 years’ Experience as an Administrative Assistant, minimum.
  • 2 years’ Experience with Data Entry, minimum.
  • 2 years’ Experience with Windows 10 environment, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Adobe DC.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and/or associate degree preferred.
  • Must be proficient in reviewing, exporting, converting, formatting, and finalizing for client delivery all types of documents (reports, legal files, contracts, release of information) in Word, Excel, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, etc.)
  • Must be proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Applicant must be able to take initiative and directives from others.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, time management, and follow through skills on daily duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate level Microsoft 365 preferred.
  • Basic Medical terminology and behavioral healthcare background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management assistance for clinical case managers.
  • Responsible for inputting data from documents into our case management database software with detail and accuracy and will review each case to ensure that the required data is being captured.
  • Responsible for follow-up, upload, review electronic records, track, and enter daily mail into case management system.
  • Prioritize and respond to phone calls, messages, and email communication in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client’s compliance.
  • Reviews files received for compliance, including verification of data in system and online searches.
  • Analyze presented information to identify potential problems or discrepancies prior to entry
  • Perform data entry using online case management system, document management, word, excel and Adobe
  • Adhere to established deadlines, processes, and procedures
  • Be responsible for the success of your team and make the effort to support your team when needed.
  • Duties may change with the needs of the program; the right candidate will be flexible and adaptable to change.
