The Case Manager Aide (CMA) will perform outreach and recruiting within the community to inform prospective clients about Case Management (CM) services and schedule assessments for eligibility. The CMA will conduct Initial Screening appointments using a short screener to assess eligibility for CM services and educate clients on PrEP. They will also gather eligibility documents, upload/update them in eCW, and make referrals for CM Intake appointments, other FMCS services, or community organizations to address client needs. Additionally, the CMA will provide HIV testing and education to status-neutral clients and offer PrEP education and referrals. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
