The Case Manager 2 position is responsible for handling lead and intake information as assigned by Missing Children Division leadership. This role involves analyzing, collating, and disseminating information concerning missing and exploited children to appropriate investigative agencies. The Case Manager will maintain contact and provide technical assistance to parents, police, and other authorized agencies involved in providing services for missing and exploited children. This position also requires coordination of NCMEC resources within a team environment, including collaboration with Long Term Missing Case Managers, Forensic Case Managers, MCD Case Managers, Analytical Services Division, Team Adam, and the Family Advocacy Division to support law enforcement agencies and families. The role may require shift work and on-call responsibilities, potentially covering evening shifts or weekends.
