Catholic Charities of Acadiana is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Case Management Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Case Management team. This position plays a vital behind-the-scenes role by handling the documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks that allow Case Managers and Clinical Case Managers to focus on direct client care, crisis intervention, housing stabilization, and service planning. The Case Management Support Coordinator does not carry a caseload or provide direct case management services. Instead, this role ensures clients receive timely access to housing, benefits, and supportive services by coordinating applications, maintaining accurate records, tracking deadlines, scheduling appointments, and supporting program compliance.
