The Case Management Supervisor (Intensive Care Coordination) provides day-to-day oversight of intensive care coordination and case management services for children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by serious emotional disturbance, mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. This position ensures services are timely, compliant, and clinically appropriate while strengthening staff performance and program results. Since 1971, Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has provided the highest quality of behavioral health services to residents of the cities of Hampton and Newport News, Virginia, offering a comprehensive array of programs for both children and adults living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders. Case Management is a vital part of the H-NNCSB service delivery system, serving as a unifying link between families, children, and the supports they need. Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) offers a higher level of support, including clinical assessments and level-of-care determinations, for individuals diagnosed with a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD).
