The Case Management Social Work Educator is responsible for supporting the organization’s quality assurance strategy for case management services. This role involves developing and delivering education that reinforces service quality, documentation standards, and compliance expectations. The educator will collaborate with quality auditors, quality leadership, and clinical/program leadership to understand current standards, identify service quality gaps, and translate audit findings into practical training plans. This position also serves as a subject matter resource on case management quality and compliance standards, partnering with leadership to develop training priorities and curriculum. The role includes conducting training needs assessments, designing and implementing training interventions, and monitoring their effectiveness. Additionally, the educator will maintain organized records of training activities and prepare reports for leadership.
