PRC Baker Places is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the San Francisco community through legal advocacy, workforce development, financial services, and residential treatment programs. We support formerly homeless adults living with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders by providing a continuum of integrated direct care services. Position Overview The Case Management Program Director is an intermediate management role responsible for implementing the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. This role provides support for the AILP and BSLP Co-Op programs and other case management programs. This position bridges between the programs and the Senior Management Team. The Case Management Program Director partners closely with the Case Management Program Manager and Housing & Entitlements Manager along with the Senior Management Team to achieve an excellent standard of client care and staff support.
