Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Case Management Office Manager. The Office Manager will handle high-volume phone calls, order supplies, wheelchairs, and department office forms. This role also involves ADP and time management for all CM staff, data input for appeals and denials, and maintaining patient discharge logs. The manager will process invoices, maintain files (software and paper), and perform Discharge Facilitator's functions in their absence. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the department, including maintenance and cleanliness, and meeting the organization's general, safety, and customer service competencies. The schedule will be 8 AM-4 PM.
