Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission Review and identify document images within the Perceptive Content system. Accurately link documents and images to Medicaid cases using the Maestro system. Perform data entry and document indexing to support case processing and compliance requirements. Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with routine mailroom functions. Verify document accuracy and completeness while maintaining quality standards. Organize, track, and maintain electronic records and documentation. Meet established productivity and accuracy goals in a high-volume environment. Follow departmental procedures, policies, and confidentiality requirements. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational objectives. Perform other administrative and document processing duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to effectively navigate and work across multiple systems and applications simultaneously required
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance in a full-time onsite work environment required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in mailroom operations, payment processing, document handling, or data entry preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience working within HIPAA compliance guidelines preferred
