About The Position

Performs professional social casework services through the child welfare program. Ensures quality, effective and efficient social services are provided for clients with a focus on Child Welfare. Direct care functions may include assessments and follow-up appointments, referral, linkage and case management activities, including home-based interventions and supports for clients involved in the Child Welfare service area.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license and ability to drive.
Must complete ICS 100, 200, 700 within the first year of employment.
Computer knowledge, telephone and fax operation.

Nice To Haves

Health care experience preferred.
Preference for experience with home-based services in strengths-based environment.
