About The Position

The HIL - Case Dock Laborer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within the warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for the timely unloading, sorting, and staging of cases and pallets to support smooth operations and meet shipping deadlines. The laborer will work closely with team members to maintain an organized and safe workspace, contributing to overall productivity and operational excellence. Attention to detail and physical stamina are essential, as the role involves repetitive lifting, moving, and inspecting of products. Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify the quantity and condition of cases received.
• Sort and stage cases according to product type, destination, or shipping schedule.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area to comply with safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
