About The Position
Con Edison is at the forefront of accelerating the clean energy transition in its dynamic service territory. The Digital Products team supporting Energy Efficiency, and EMobility initiatives leads the development of innovative technology solutions that support clean electrification and transportation initiatives. Our work empowers both our customers and the environment. As a Use Case Delivery Manager you will lead a talented team in designing, building and integrating robust software solutions enabling clean energy objectives. You will be responsible for the full AI use case development lifecycle ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable and high-performance technology solutions. You must be effective in understanding business needs and requirements, communicating benefits and recommendations for solutions that deliver business value in alignment with enterprise-level governance. Your experience will be utilized to help guide business processes through technology adoption in streamlining user experiences to improve the overall adoption and success rates of clean energy programs. Your leadership will directly influence the clean energy transformation for millions of New Yorkers.
