As a Case Consultant, you will be the first voice our clients hear when they reach out for help — often in the midst of challenging and emotionally charged circumstances. You will provide reassurance, guidance, and a steady presence from the very first point of contact. The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are seeking individuals with open availability who are flexible and willing to work shifts within our operational hours, including weekends.
