About The Position

As a Case Aide within our Children and Youth Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through hands-on assistance and care coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork matters. Starting Rate: $16.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

An associate’s degree in a human services field, or equivalent education and experience as defined by program guidelines
Experience working with children or families preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work respectfully with diverse populations
Commitment to supporting families and working as part of a team
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Assists in the maintenance of case records
Supports families in completing required forms and paperwork
Transports children and supervises family visits
Assists with gathering documentation, such as birth certificates and Social Security cards
Supports caseworkers with home visits, placements, and appointments
Assists in data collection, monthly reports, and internal audits
Supports family engagement initiatives and community resource connection
Helps coordinate and deliver holiday donations
Attends required training
