About The Position

Under general direction, serves as the primary intake and screening specialist for designated human services programs; coordinates SSIS operations for the department; and leads compliance/reporting activities. Provides advanced case support, triage, and technical guidance to social services staff. Serves as backup support to the front desk when needed. Typical schedule is 37.5 hours/week; however additional hours may be required but varies per workload demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years progressively responsible clerical/case support in human services or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Personal Computer Competencies: Word processing and spreadsheet competency required.
  • Ability to learn and use required web-based programs required.
  • Familiarity and ability to navigate web sites pertinent to the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience with intake/screening, SSIS, and records management preferred.
  • Willingness to learn additional software as needed for the position is required.
