Housing Stability is hiring Case Aides (Coordinated Entry). Join the Housing Stability team and make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals experiencing homelessness as they work toward securing stable housing. Case Aides help connect single adults without minor children to appropriate housing opportunities through the Coordinated Entry system. In this role, you will manage the Coordinated Entry Priority List, coordinate housing referrals, collaborate with housing providers and community partners, maintain accurate client records in HMIS, and provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals navigating the housing system. You will also serve as a key resource for clients and partner agencies by helping them understand the Coordinated Entry process and connecting them with available housing resources. To assist social work, corrections, or victim/witness staff in arranging for the provision of services to clients by determining program eligibility, opening cases and monitoring case activities, reviewing and processing vendor payment claims, maintaining necessary files and records; informing trial witnesses when needed in court; and perform related duties as assigned. Work is primarily performed in an office setting and may involve home or facility visits. Home and facility visits involve driving year round. Work involves operation of a keyboard and viewing a computer screen for 2 to 6 hours daily.
