About The Position

Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives. Deliver hands-on case support using advanced mapping systems, generators, software, pumps, and associated accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and lead in-service training to drive successful adoption of mapping and ablation technologies. Troubleshoot real-time technical and workflow issues in the electrophysiology lab with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Partner with sales teams to support account growth by providing clinical expertise, technical insights, and customer education. Act as a key liaison between physicians, lab staff, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, establishing credibility as a trusted clinical resource. Identify workflow efficiencies and performance improvement opportunities within customer sites and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions. Maintain advanced knowledge of electrophysiology therapies, company products, and competitive technologies. Provide structured feedback from the field to marketing, R&D, and education teams to support product enhancements and future innovation. Support product installations, system upgrades, and new technology launches within assigned territory. Participate in territory planning, account reviews, and cross-functional business discussions. Support clinical research activities (pre-market, post-market, and external studies) at active clinical centers in coordination with clinical field teams. Maintain required documentation, compliance standards, and training certifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or related EP mapping experience
  • Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience
  • Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience
  • Must be able to perform essential functions of the job, with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
  • Regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • Required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Maintain required documentation, compliance standards, and training certifications.
