About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a CAS Alarm Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for identifying, tracking, and dispatching potential life safety events across the CVS Health enterprise. The position is a full-time, onsite role located in Cumberland, RI, with a work schedule of Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Requirements

  • 1+ years emergency dispatch or call center experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Bosch, DMP and Honeywell alarm panels.
  • CSAA Level I & II certification.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound security alarm events by identifying, tracking and dispatching appropriate authorities and following written instructions for specific events.
  • Monitor video surveillance for breaches in building security and respond by taking appropriate action as determined by written policies and procedures.
  • Ask questions to interpret, analyze and anticipate the caller’s situation as to resolve problems, provide information, dispatch emergency services, or refer callers to other agencies.
  • Dispatch and coordinate the responses of public safety agencies.
  • Communicate with store personnel and local authorities with security related issues.
  • Maintain accurate alarm contacts for registered premises.
  • Partner and corroborate with federal and state government agencies (DEA, FDA, FBI, Board of Pharmacy) to ensure compliance of security alarm systems and frequent communications for active investigations of organized retail crime.
  • Maintain alarm processing database. (Call list updates, code assignments)
  • Remotely access alarm systems and make program changes as needed.
  • Work alongside senior leads to deliver superior security services to CVS Health business units.
  • Work alongside senior leads to deliver quality training and collaboration.
  • Generate alarm related reports for distribution to Loss Prevention and Operations management.
  • Identify, document and create R&M tickets for end users in incident management tracking system.
