About The Position

The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking an Account Manager to support our Cumberland, RI facility. The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer programs from concept to through completions, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the display development, production and fulfillment process. This role requires outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Points, and Teams).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer focus mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience withing in retail display, packaging, manufacturing, printing, POP/POS displays, or promotion product industries is preferred but not required.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with production processes and customer-driven projects workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit and receive display design requests from customers.
  • Obtain product samples and gather necessary product information.
  • Coordinate rendering requested based on SKU assortment and display type.
  • Review rendering options and recommendations with customers.
  • Initiate prototype requests based on customer selections.
  • Present and review prototypes with customers.
  • Request and coordinate pricing based on design specifications, quantities, and artwork requirements.
  • Review pricing proposals with customers and address questions.
  • Obtain purchase orders (POs) from customers.
  • Attend pre-production meetings to ensure project readiness.
  • Attend pre-fulfillment meetings to support successful execution.
  • Provide shipping documentation and updates to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables (A/R) matters as needed.
