About The Position

Rainforest Carwash is seeking a full-time Team Leader in Training for our Florence location. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of an awesome team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow into a leadership role within our company. As a Team Leader in Training, you will learn the day-to-day operations of the wash while developing the skills needed to lead a successful team. Our business is rapidly growing, and strong team members can expect opportunities for advancement and leadership positions. Shifts are available Monday–Sunday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and applicants must have open availability, including weekends. This position is outdoors and fast-paced, where teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail are key to providing an excellent experience for our customers.
