About The Position

Space Spa Car Wash is a rapidly expanding express tunnel car wash brand owned by DIB Automotive Group and conveniently located alongside Yes Auto Fix service centers. With our unique space-inspired theme, unlimited wash memberships, and fast, convenient service, we deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the Houston area. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, increase membership sales, and develop a successful team. The Car Wash Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Car Wash, ensuring outstanding service quality, strong sales results, and an engaged, productive team. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a car wash operation
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Sales-focused with an emphasis on membership growth
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the car wash facility
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule wash attendants
• Increase unlimited membership sales and improve member retention
• Ensure equipment is operating properly and the facility remains clean
• Deliver efficient, high-quality wash services
• Monitor labor, chemical usage, and operating expenses
• Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Enforce company policies and maintain a safe working environment
