Carwash/Gas Attendant
About The Position
This position involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also includes providing customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash/gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, handling claims and returns, merchandising, and receiving/stocking merchandise and supplies. The attendant will operate equipment such as cash registers and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment, providing products and services to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

- Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the car wash/gas station area and ensures accurate pricing and signage.
- Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies and organizes and maintains the facility.
- Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases.
- Operates and maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides product and services to Customers.
