About The Position

This role involves providing customer service at the Gas Station/Car Wash area, communicating membership programs and benefits, and maintaining the operational standards of the area. Associates are expected to uphold company values, work collaboratively, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. The position also includes stocking merchandise, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate pricing and signage. Associates will be trained on various payment types and company procedures. Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members.
• Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging the Customer/Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases.
• Operates and maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides product and services to Customers.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
