About The Position

The Cart Driver is responsible for assisting patients (and employees, when able) to the Main Clinic and to their vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Good driving record
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations/timelines
• Timely and dependable
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and be very detail oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage gas operated golf cart
• Ability to gauge distances accurately
• Ability to handle extreme weather conditions – hot, cold, rain, shine or snow.
• Ability to assist with lifting amounts of weight in excess of 100+lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Frequent keyboard use
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and overhead reaching
• Constant communication in person and by phone

Responsibilities

• Assist patients (and employees, when able) to the Main Clinic and to their vehicles.
• Demonstrate safe and excellent driving skills.
• Manage gas operated golf cart.
• Gauge distances accurately.
• Handle extreme weather conditions – hot, cold, rain, shine or snow.
• Assist with lifting amounts of weight in excess of 100+lbs.
• Sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Frequent keyboard use.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and overhead reaching.
• Constant communication in person and by phone.
