About The Position
Responsible for the details and cleanliness of the golf cart fleet, ensuring carts are full of gas or charged, and supplies are accurately stocked. The role involves providing unparalleled service to members and guests, delivering The Cliffs Lifestyle.
Requirements
- Excellent communication/relational service skills.
- Golf experience or knowledge of the game required.
- Professional presentation.
- Strong customer service/interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome players.
- Stage carts in the proper staging area, prepared to service players as they arrive.
- Detail staged carts in the morning as needed.
- Be attentive and ready to service members/guests at the bag drop.
- Remove golf bags from vehicles or storage room and load onto carts.
- Properly set up the practice facility and short game areas according to The Club's specific guidelines.
- Wash range balls and towels daily.
- Remove bags from carts and return them to the member’s/guest’s vehicle or storage area.
- Return carts to the storage area, removing towels, pencils, score cards, tees, trash, etc., and reusing appropriate items.
- Wash and detail carts before parking them to charge overnight.
- Properly plug carts in for charging overnight.
- Execute all duties to The Cliffs Standards.
