Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous cash-handling and customer-service experience is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with guests in the drive-thru carryout.
• Prioritize a quality customer experience through a friendly approach and efficient time management.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the food menu and carryout retail products.
• Accurately ring up and bag food and beverages according to customer orders.
• Assist regularly with stocking, organizing, and cleaning the carryout area.
• Clean and sanitize workspaces according to restaurant protocols.
• Provide safe alcohol sales by using company resources and checking proper identification.
• Manage guest checkout by handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures in alignment with health department regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to provide quality customer service.
