The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring maximum profitability by negotiating freight rates and sourcing available carrier equipment to match our customers’ freight. This role maximizes transactional profitability by developing carrier relationships and negotiating both spot and contract rates with carrier partners. This position would be a remote position until a location opens in Charlotte, at which point, the role is expected to be onsite. The schedule may vary to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
