About The Position

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll be the connection between Circle Logistics and our carrier partners. You'll negotiate freight rates, coordinate shipments, solve transportation challenges, and build strong carrier relationships that keep freight moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing competing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexibility to support transportation needs outside standard business hours when needed.
  • Competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or another fast-paced, goal-oriented environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers.
  • Build and maintain a reliable carrier network.
  • Manage shipments from pickup through delivery while ensuring exceptional service.
  • Troubleshoot transportation issues and resolve challenges with urgency.
  • Monitor market trends, freight lanes, and pricing.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver our No-Fail Service commitment.
  • Qualify carriers to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals.
  • Communicate professionally with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
