Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all personnel issues for a team of Carrier Sales Coordinators
Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees in track and trace procedures and best practices
Perform audits of tracking boards to ensure service quality, compliance and operational accuracy
Adjust and reassign tracking boards as necessary to meet business needs and maintain balanced team workload
Evaluate performance to identify coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team members
Partner with other managers to maintain consistent tracking standards and service levels across teams
Address employee performance concerns through coaching, corrective action and follow-up as needed.
Process miscellaneous charges incurred during the shipping process, including lumper fees, late fees, and other expenses incurred
Assist with reviewing and approving carrier pay reductions related to delivery concerns, service issues, or load related issues.
Other duties as assigned.
