About The Position

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join a growing transportation and logistics team as a Carrier Relations Specialist. This role serves as the primary point of contact for transportation partners, providing support, resolving issues, and building strong long-term relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch support, or similar experience who enjoy working with people and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls throughout the day.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch, or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment
• Ability to professionally handle difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
• Reliable work history with demonstrated job stability

Nice To Haves

• Transportation, logistics, freight, dispatch, or supply chain experience
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Experience working with external customers, vendors, or business partners

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
• Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation partners
• Assist with onboarding and account setup activities
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support
• Investigate and resolve service concerns and complaints
• Maintain accurate customer and partner records
• Monitor documentation and compliance-related requirements
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and communication
• Support various administrative and operational initiatives as needed
