About The Position

As our Carrier Procurement Representative, you will focus on building relationships with new and existing clients to ensure that their transportation needs are met. You will be responsible for capturing capacity, building relationships, and devising the most efficient and inventive solutions to meet the unique transportation needs of our customers. This role involves solving complex problems with creativity and innovation, negotiating effectively with various stakeholders, and navigating the ever-evolving challenges of the transportation industry with agility.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS).
