About The Position

HUB International is seeking a Carrier Governance Service Analyst to join their Carrier Governance Team. This team is responsible for security, controls, and oversight across HUB's carrier and broker relationships. The role involves supporting various initiatives within the team, from design through implementation, and is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, curious, and enjoys research, problem-solving, and process development. The analyst will contribute to segments like Access Management and Complex Research, assist in designing and implementing new processes, research complex issues, partner with leaders for process improvement, document processes and controls, and help strengthen carrier relationships through governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a service, operations, accounting, governance, or controls-related environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for researching, analyzing information, and connecting the dots to solve problems.
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity, exercising sound judgment, and helping move work forward.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and levels of leadership.
  • A proactive, service-focused approach and a desire to contribute to meaningful work that supports the team's goals and carrier relationships.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • High school or equivalent education.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a variety of segments across the Carrier Governance department, including Access Management, Complex Research, and other governance-focused functions.
  • Assist with the design, analysis, and implementation of new processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Research and investigate complex issues, gathering information and insights to support business decisions.
  • Partner with leaders and teammates to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
  • Document processes, controls, and governance requirements to support consistency and compliance.
  • Help strengthen carrier relationships through governance, oversight, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide coverage across team segments as needed and support special projects and business initiatives.
