About The Position

We are seeking a Governance Analyst with 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will have experience with risk assessments, governance frameworks, controls, policies, vendor audits, and data/AI security governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, IT Audit, or related field.
• 4+ years of IT Governance/GRC experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing strategic action plans.
• Demonstrated experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Experience creating and maintaining frameworks, controls, and policies.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• CISA
• CRISC
• Other relevant IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance certifications.
• Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT risk assessments and identify risks, gaps, and mitigation actions.
• Support and maintain IT governance frameworks, controls, and policies.
• Perform governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Support vendor audits and third-party risk assessments.
• Work with data governance and data/AI security tools.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and leadership.
• Communicate governance requirements and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
• Identify strategic next steps based on risk and compliance findings.
