About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Recruiter to help source, vet, and onboard qualified trucking carriers for our growing logistics network. This role is ideal for a self-motivated recruiter with strong industry knowledge, existing carrier relationships, and the ability to operate independently. The ideal candidate understands carrier compliance, insurance requirements, and onboarding documentation, and can quickly bring reliable carriers into our network.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified owner-operators, small fleets, and trucking companies
Build and maintain a pipeline of reliable carriers
Conduct initial carrier qualification and screening
Collect and verify required onboarding documentation: Certificate of Insurance (COI), W-9, MC Authority, DOT Number, Operating Authority, Safety Rating (FMCSA)
Verify insurance requirements and coverage limits
Ensure carriers meet compliance standards and company requirements
Maintain communication throughout onboarding process
Coordinate with operations teams
Track recruiting progress and onboarding status
