About The Position

The Carrier Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of carrier data within the organization’s TMS systems. This role involves entering and managing carrier profiles, including the creation of SCACs (Standard Carrier Alpha Codes), to ensure accurate tracking and system integration. The role will also perform ongoing maintenance of the carrier database to support operational accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the position provides administrative support through report management, correspondence handling, and data entry tasks related to carrier operations.

• Able to work within a climate controlled, fast-paced team environment, performing primarily sedentary work requiring sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time; maintaining standard office hours and working overtime as necessary to meet customer needs
• Strong ability to persuade and positively influence others

Responsibilities

• Enter carriers into the Jaguar system and create SCACs (Standard Carrier Alpha Codes) to ensure proper tracking and system integration.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance on the internal carrier database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned, including managing reports, correspondence, and data entry tasks related to carrier operations.
