About The Position

We are seeking a Carpet Technician to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of assigned facilities through professional carpet care and maintenance. In this hands-on role, you will perform carpet cleaning services, remove stains, support facility upkeep, and work closely with supervisors to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering quality results.
A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform frequent bending and kneeling.
Ability to safely work from ladders and electronic lifts when needed.
Basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

Janitorial, carpet cleaning, or general facility maintenance experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintaining carpets and floor coverings through scheduled cleaning and spot treatment of stains.
Operating both portable and hand-operated carpet cleaning equipment to keep facilities looking their best while ensuring all work is completed according to established quality standards.
Collaborating with your supervisor to understand daily assignments, communicate any issues affecting operations, and report supply or equipment needs.
Adhering to safety procedures, participating in required training sessions, and supporting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support facility operations.
